Landmarks can be both natural and man made. Whilst we think of buildings like Windsor Castle, for instance, as a landmark we don't immediately place the same relevance to the hill that stands out or the rocky outcrop in the otherwise undisturbed pastureland. At the time of writing this, this section only contains man made landmarks, but I intend to expand the scope of the landmarks covered. |
